We use this information to respond to your inquiry, maintain the project interest list, and share project updates when you have chosen to receive them. Submitting the form does not reserve a home and does not create a purchase agreement.
Who receives it
Form submissions are stored in a private project database and sent to authorized IBS Here Inc. project representatives. We do not publish the interest list. Service providers used to host the website, database, or email may process the information only to provide those services.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to make an inquiry. You may request that we correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop optional project updates, by emailing ops@ibshere.com.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for project follow-up and business records. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
